Once again it is election time in Lewiston and, once again, Lewiston’s residents have a fine slate of candidates running for the office of mayor.

There is one candidate who literally stands head and shoulders above the mayoral field. That candidate is Mark W. Paradis.

He possesses the unique qualities that would make him the city’s next fine mayor. He has demonstrated the necessary qualities of integrity, leadership and experience, having served the city previously as a member of the Planning Board and as a city councilor, superbly representing the residents of Ward 6.

It is comforting to have such a fine individual in the field for mayor. On Nov. 8, I will be supporting Mark W. Paradis for Lewiston’s next mayor.
