KEY WEST, Fla. — Sheila Adele White, 59, of Mechanic Falls went to heaven on Friday, Feb. 17, with her husband of 35 years, Anthony A. White and sister, Cindy Cox Rines, by her side. Sheila passed away after fighting a long, losing battle with ovarian cancer.

Sheila passed at her winter home and favorite place in the whole world, Little Torch Key in Florida. She will be remembered for her wonderful, bright smile and great love of life. She and her husband owned and operated T.W. Paving.

Although she loved many, Sheila had a special love for her granddaughter, Kristin Sue Powers and great-granddaughter, London Adele Powers of Big Pine Key, Fla., who never left her side during this terrible illness.

Sheila also leaves behind two daughters, Kimberly White of Summerland Key, Fla., and Angela White of Montreal, Canada; sisters, Cindy Cox Rines of Mechanic Falls, Valerie Terenzoni of Turner; brother, Charles Cox of Lisbon; her mother, Jean Cox of Auburn; granddaughter, Karli Rae Spencer of Summerland Key, Fla,; grandson, Koen Spencer of Auburn; niece, Ashley Rines and nephew, Howard Washburn of Mechanic Falls; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father, Charles Cox Sr.
