Hot air balloons inflate Sunday night.

UPDATED 6:07 P.M.: The specialty balloons Conair and Keystone Willie did not make it to the festival because of a “travel emergency,” according to festival officials. But the Elvis Tribute balloon is making regular appearances. We should see it inflated tonight.

UPDATED 5:45 P.M.: Great Falls Balloon Festival organizers say the decision to launch tonight is up to the individual balloon pilots. If they go up, they expect them to launch closer to 7 p.m. We will keep you posted.
