Biden has pulled out of Afghanistan without getting everyone who helped us out, too. It’s just like the disgraceful way we pulled out of Vietnam. Since we promised them protection, we should have airlifted them and their families out.

Congress continues to try to bankrupt us. Pennies go to real infrastructure. There was the pledge to tax corporations, yet Congress is giving millions of our tax dollars to the auto industry and others.

The toxic lithium batteries have, at most, a 10-year life span, and cold weather lessens that. China will be enriched, since it owns most of the lithium reserves.

Like nuclear power, the companies walked away with all the profits and we taxpayers are stuck with the disposal costs. I haven’t seen anything in this great government giveaway that makes the companies have to take care of the highly toxic lithium at their expense and not ours.

People shouldn’t listen to the “we’ll take care of you” baloney. They should look how the Afghans were taken care of; look at what they are really doing.
