Ron Frizzell

AUBURN — Father and son Ron and Greg Frizzell, owners of Mt. Washington Radio of North Conway, received the 2021 Steve Eastman Community Service Award at the annual meeting of the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce. The award honors the Frizzells’ many years of community involvement there.

Ron Frizzell recently returned to Auburn after spending 20 years in North Conway. He was active in the community and in area radio there for decades, from 1975 to 2000. He is the former president of KISS-100 (now Frank-FM) WLAM-AM and WLAM-FM, and WTHT, plus a dozen other stations in Maine, Massachusetts and New York.
