DEAR SUN SPOTS: I was hoping someone found a car key for a Toyota Corolla. My travel stops were in Lewiston and Auburn Hannaford, Big Lots!, Schooner Estates, and St. Peter’s Cemetery. Please call me at 212-9541 if you have found the key. — Pat, no town

ANSWER: I sure hope someone has it and will call you right away! Check the police department if you haven’t already. Perhaps someone turned it in there.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Fairbanks Union Church deacons will host a yard sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 10 and 11. We would appreciate any items people are willing to donate and will pick up within a 10-mile radius of Farmington. We do not accept older model TVs and computers.

The proceeds will benefit the Mission and Outreach Program that gives back to the community. We thank you, Sun Spots, for all you do for our region. For further information, please call Cindy at 778-3808 or Elena at 778-4349. — Celia, Farmington

ANSWER: It’s so fun to think of all these great yard sales popping again after such a long absence. I hope it’s a great success. Sun Spotters, it’s time to clean out those closets, garages, basements and attics, and give your gently-used items, but no longer needed items to a good cause.

DEAR SUN SPOTS:  The members of Danville Junction Grange thank all who attended our yard sale Saturday, May 21. Our sale was one of the best we have had in many years! With the profits from this event we will be able to make some much needed changes to our kitchen.

We are in the process of planning a flea market for Saturday, Sept. 3. If you wish to rent a table, call Maynard at 312-5591 to reserve one.

Not only were we amazed at the turnout at our recent sale, but we were pleased at the number of people who asked questions about the Grange and how to become a member. If you would like more information, you may call the same number as listed above.

Thanks again to all who have supported our Grange in so many ways and to Sun Spots for helping us spread the word! As I’ve said so many times, you’re the best! — No name, no town

ANSWER: I’m so happy to hear all this positive news! Keep up the good work
