Rabbit rabbit!
According to superstition, saying “rabbit rabbit” before anything else on the first day of the month will bring you good luck for 30 days. If merely uttering the words has that power, imagine the luck that will find you when you adopt a rabbit! And we have just the rabbit to light up your life. Morel is a beautiful and gentle bunny who was found outside as a stray. She is very social and likes attention. We often see her lying down, stretched out, and relaxed in her cage. In bunny body language that means she’s comfortable and happy. She would be happier in a home of her own, though, with her own special person or people. She loves her veggies and loves some attention, and she’d love more chances to stretch her legs outside her cage in a safe environment. In short, she’d love to be your bunny bestie! Morel’s adoption fee is $40 with an approved application. Call the shelter at 743-8679 or stop by during our open hours to meet Morel.
