SOUTH PARIS – Richard “Dick” R. Cylik Jr., 77, of South Paris, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2022. He was born in Boston, on July 10, 1945, the son of Richard Sr. and Lillian (Peterson) Cylik.

He joined the Navy. He married Marcia Sawyer on March 16, 1996, in Waterford.

Richard was a paramedic for United Ambulance for 40 years and 14 years of Connect for CMMC. He enjoyed being a part of the 3rd Maine Infantry Civil War Reenactors.

Richard is survived by his wife Marcia, his mother Lillian Cylik, children Amanda Leathers and husband Joey, Diana Snow, Jeremiah Paine, multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father.
