FARMINGTON – Ronald R. LeBlanc, 72, a resident of Fayette, passed away early Sunday morning, Aug. 21, 2022, at Sandy River Center in Farmington, following a short illness.
He was born Aug. 7, 1950, in Farmington, the son of Roger J. LeBlanc and Marie (Gallant) LeBlanc. Ron was a graduate of Jay High School. Following graduation, he proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Era. He worked as a pipefitter for International Paper Company Androscoggin Mill in Jay and at Bath Iron Works in Bath. He retired from Verso Paper Mill in Jay.
He was a member of the International Paper Company Quarter Century Club, the Knights of Columbus in Jay, Lane-Dube AMVETS Post #33 in Jay, and the VFW Frank L. Mitchell Post #3335 in Jay. He enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle, playing the drums, eating out at the Chuck Wagon, and had a passion for helping others.
He is survived by his daughter, Aimee L. LeBlanc of Livermore Falls; sisters Joan Gosselin of Farmington, Anne LeBlanc of Wilton and Carol Vienneau and husband Jeff of New York, his brother, Michael LeBlanc of Wilton, sister-in-law, Deborah LeBlanc of Vermont; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; his daughter, Renee LeBlanc, and his brother, James LeBlanc.

A private graveside service with military honors will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, 445 Park St., Livermore Falls. Arrangements by FINLEY FUNERAL HOME, 15 Church St., Livermore Falls.
