Matthew Paul Burnham Jr.

AUBURN – Matthew Paul Burnham Jr. “Matty” left us to be at rest on Feb. 12, 2023 after long battle with cancer, with his friends and family at his side. He was born on May 22, 1987 to Matthew Burnham Sr and Kathy Burnham. Matt graduated from Leavitt Area High School where he later met his future wife Kimberly Enos of Turner and the two were married in June of 2009. The couple welcomed a daughter Lillian Burnham in 2013 and his son Matthew Burnham III in 2015.

Matt was predeceased by his father Matthew Burnham Sr. and his father-in-law Larry Enos; his two grandparents, Royal Burnham and Jeanette Brand; along with many aunts uncles and cousins each of which he loved very much.

He is survived by his wife Kimberly Burnham; and two children, Lillian and Matthew Burnham III; his mother Kathy Roderick and her husband Allen Roderick; his brothers Justin Lane, Nathan Kelly, and his sister Natasha Burnham; his stepsister Emily Roderick. He is also survived by his grandmother Maryann Campbell, his grandfather Ralph Lane Sr, and his partner in crime Lucille Phillips. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that he considered family and loved very much.

He absolutely loved his job with the Department of Transportation that he started after high school where he made many friends that he loved very much and considered family. A heart felt thank you to everyone for their love and support over the years.
