David L. Harrington

SOUTH PARIS – David L. Harrington, 86, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024 at the Maine Veterans Home in South Paris with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 19, 1937 in Pejepscot, a son of Richard and Nancy J. (Baker) Harrington.

After high school David went on to the United States Marine Corps and proudly served his country. After the military David worked in construction as a mason and roofer.

He was an avid hunter and loved to spend time outside, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

He was predeceased by his parents Richard and Nancy Harrington; grandson Peter Harrington; and three wives Elsie, Jennie and Mary Ann.

He is survived by his loving children Robert Robinson, Brenda Harrington Fryslie, David Harrington, Jr. and William Harrington; grandchildren Tanya Spencer, Robert Robinson, Jr., Garry Spencer and Daniel Wilson; great grandchildren Nikita Spencer, Hunter Robinson, Jacob Spencer and Patrick Wright.

At his request there will be no services. Interment will be at the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Augusta.
