We are writing in support of Bettyann Sheats for Senate District 20.

Bettyann is the model public servant: an active, knowledgeable representative of real people and our vital issues. In the Maine House, she worked to increase school funding, improve transportation, support first responders and veterans, and reduce health care costs.

What’s special about Bettyann is the way she engages with her constituency — like a good neighbor, taking part right alongside us, asking questions and really listening.

We need her competent and compassionate leadership in the Maine Senate. I hope voters join us in sending Bettyann Sheets to Augusta to represent District 20.
