AUBURN – Frank P. “Budd” Welch Sr., 87, died on May 21, 2024, at the Androscoggin Hospice House.
Family and friends are cordially invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on June 4 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary, 131 High St., Sabattus, ME 04280. A graveside committal will follow on June 11 at 1 p.m. at the Maine Veterans Cemetery, 143 Blue Star Ave., Augusta, ME 04330.
