AUBURN — The board of directors of the First Universalist Church of Auburn has announced staff transitions.

Samantha McCune is the new religious exploration coordinator. She will help re-envision and rebuild the program. Her principal responsibilities will be to oversee programming for children and youth, as well as the Our Whole Lives program.

The Rev. Patrick McLaughlin will lead worship through mid-July, working with the board on various aspects of church life and governance.

The Rev. Terry Sweetser, who plans to be a contract minister through July 2026, serves as the interim minister at the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Exeter in New Hampshire.
