Amanda Doherty feeds her 3-week-old goat Thursday while sitting in a kiddie pool filled with cold water in Minot while her dog, Pria, keeps a close eye on the action. Doherty bought two goats when she found the cost of removing a large patch of poison ivy to be prohibitive. She thought the goats had already started to eat some of the leaves, but discovered it was actually blackberry bushes. Andree Kehn/Sun Journal
