Christie Ray Band will perform beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 8, at the gazebo at Poland Spring Resort. Ray is accompanied by Masa Takahashi on lead guitar and backup vocals, Dave Currier on percussion/drums, and John Burek on bass guitar.

Christie Ray is an emerging Maine singer-songwriter-musician based out of New Gloucester. Along with performing at many venues throughout New England, she has also performed live on the local TV show “207” and auditioned on the hit TV show “America’s Got Talent.” Though her sets focus on songs from her newly released album, “The Battle,” she also puts her own spin on cover songs from artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Miranda Lambert, Queen, Tom Petty, Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Blondie and more.

If the weather is inclement, the concert will be held in the dining room at the Maine Inn. There are chairs available, but feel free to bring your own or a picnic blanket. Poland Spring Bottling Co. will provide complimentary water and there will be a drink cart available with mixed drinks, beer, wine and soda. There will also be burgers for sale.
