Norway Memorial Library is set to host a cookbook discussion at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 25, at 258 Main St.

The cookbooks selected are “The Weary Club of Norway, Maine 1923-2023” and “Blueberries for Sal Cookbook: Sweet Recipes Inspired by the Beloved Children’s Classic.”

Attendees will prepare and share a recipe from one of the cookbooks and discuss the books and their recipes, according to a news release from the library

The cookbooks are available to browse at the library’s information desk. To attend, select and photocopy a recipe and bring the prepared dish to the discussion. Participants also may bring containers to take away samples.

To register or for more information, stop by the library’s information desk or call 207-743-5309, ext. 1. This event depends on a minimum of five registrants by Thursday, July 18.
