McGraw, the retired Lewiston High School soccer coach, started the camp 22 years ago in honor of University of Notre Dame soccer coach Mike Berticelli, who died at 48. Berticelli ran a similar program for youth soccer players during his years coaching at Lewiston and Scarborough high schools. McGraw says he wears a Notre Dame cap to camp in memory of Berticelli.
