Geiger, a family-owned and privately held promotional product distributor headquartered in Lewiston, has acquired Brandelity Ltd. as part of its ongoing global expansion.
This follows Geiger’s recent acquisition of WER GmbH in Germany in July. Brandelity is headquartered in Windsor, UK.
“This partnership represents a significant opportunity for growth and innovation, benefiting both our valued customers and dedicated staff members. With the combined strengths and synergies of our two companies, we are poised to deliver enhanced services, greater resources, and exciting new opportunities for everyone involved,” Chris Love, managing director of Brandelity, said in a Geiger news release.
