David Hanscom and Ken O’Leary were recognized by Maine Emergency Medical Services on Sunday Sept. 15. Both licensed members of Bethel Rescue received the Phoenix Award for using their skills and knowledge to help resuscitate a patient who had a cardiac arrest in 2023.
