JAY — The state’s online registration for dogs is available. Owners can complete a new or renewal dog license online through Jan. 31 by going to maine.gov, uploading a pdf of the valid rabies certificate and completing the registration.
Owners can also continue to register their dog at the Jay Town Office, 340 Main St.
