BETHEL — Turkey Tuesday is a 35-year-old Western Maine tradition where we gather to celebrate our community. The Bethel Area District Exchange and Food Pantry provides the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. You provide the side dishes and desserts.
We need volunteers…
Kitchen Team (professional kitchen) experience suggested, but not required)
Monday 11/25 1-4 p.m. Three volunteers Still Needed
Tuesday 11/26 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Four Volunteers Still Needed
Set Up (Must be able to lift 50 lbs.)
Sunday 11/24 3-5 p.m. Two Volunteers Still Needed
Transportation Team (Mini Van or Cargo Van Needed)
Tuesday 11/26 4:30 p.m. Three Volunteers Still Needed
Service Team
Tuesday 11/26 5-7 p.m. Six Volunteers Still Needed
Clean Mt. Abram Team (Must be detail oriented)
Tuesday 11/26 7:30-9 p.m. Six Volunteers Still Needed
Dish Crew at Gould Academy
Tuesday 11/26 8:00-9:00 p.m. Four Volunteers Still Needed
Return Tables and Chairs to Gould (Must be able to lift 25 lbs.)

Turkey Tuesday is an event that brings Western Maine together.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and dinner starts at 6 p.m.
You need to bring your own plates, napkins, silverware, and tablecloth. You can donate side dishes and desserts!
A donation to BADE&FP is suggested.

Here is what is new…
We are so excited to announce that Turkey Tuesday has found a new home at Mt. Abram.
The only alcohol allowed must be purchased at the Mt. Abram bar. Mt. Abram will donate a portion of the cost of each beverage back to BADE&FP.
We need many volunteers on different teams for November 24-26.
