
Darrell Joseph Dutile
RANGELEY – Darrell Joseph Dutile, 61, of Rangeley, died unexpectedly, Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024, in Lincoln Plantation. He was born in Manchester, N.H., Aug. 21, 1963, a son of Maurice and Priscilla (Canney) Dutile. He went to high school at Memorial High School and continued his education at Keene State where he earned his bachelor’s degree and was a brother in the fraternity of TKE. He made his home in New Hampshire before relocating to Rangeley, where he was an active member of Rangeley Lakes Snowmobile Club and made many lasting friendships. He worked as an estimator for Chamberlain Companies, INC.
Darrell married Sharon Ripaldi-Nizko on Feb. 23, 2007 among friends and family.
He loved snowmobiling with his Greenville Snowmobile buddies throughout all of Maine. He also enjoyed hiking, mountain biking and paddle boarding, but most of all, Darrell enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids and family. Darrell was a very gifted craftsman and built his home in Rangeley from the ground up. He was a valued and active member of the community where he always was the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
He is survived by his parents Priscilla and Maurice; wife Sharon; brothers, Douglas and Dale; sister-in-law Renae; sons Joseph, Jacob, Tyler and Blake; daughter in laws Shelby and Abigail; granddaughters Lylah and Baylee; and his nieces and nephews.
Darrell is very loved by many and will be missed by all.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the future with the time and date to be announced. Relatives and friends are invited to share memories and photos in his Book of Memories at http://www.wilesrc.com. Honored to be caring for Darrell’s family is the Wiles Remembrance Center of Farmington.
