AUBURN — As part of our teen life skills program series, Auburn Public Library is partnering with Healthy Androscoggin to teach teens cooking basics. Cooking and Nutrition for Teens is planned for 3-5 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 6, 13 and Jan 27, 2025, in the Maggie Trafton Room at 49 Spring St.
Teens can learn about activities that are beneficial for their health and wellness, basic knife skills, and how to read recipes through hands-on cooking experiences, according to a news release from Jennan Fowler, teen librarian.
Registrati,on is required to participate in this free program and can be done through the library website auburnpubliclibrary.org or by calling 207-333-6640 ext. 4. Please plan to attend all three sessions, as skills will progress with each lesson.
