LEWISTON 49, PORTLAND 39: Koral Morin finished with 20 points for the Blue Devils (5-2) in their victory over the Bulldogs (2-6) in Portland.
Natalie Beaudoin added 11 points for Lewiston.
Baleria Yugu scored 14 points for Portland.
WINTHROP 55, DIRIGO 29: Kylee Mansir hit six 3-pointers and scored 23 points to lead the Ramblers (3-2) past the Cougars (1-4) in Winthrop.
Winthrop held Dirigo to two second-quarter points and led 34-9 at halftime.
Ella Rice made three 3-pointers and added 10 points for the Ramblers.
Abby Luczynksi led the Cougars with eight points. Sophie Nino-Aguirre contributed seven points and Aleiah Ward scored six.
NYA 58, POLAND 35: Athena Gee scored 19 points and Graca Bila recorded 12 points, nine rebounds and six steals as the Panthers (5-0) used a 24-point first quarter to cruise past the Knights (1-5) in Yarmouth.
Ella Giguere contributed 10 points for North Yarmouth Academy.
Charlotte Grenier led Poland with 15 points.
MORSE 45, LEAVITT 35: Haley Kirkpatrick finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds, leading the Shipbuilders (1-6) to a win over the Hornets (3-4) in Turner.
Reece Darling made five free throws and chipped in 13 points for Morse, which entered the fourth quarter with a one-point lead, 27-26.
Gabby Smith contributed nine points and 10 rebounds for Leavitt.
BRUNSWICK 42, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 26: The Dragons (6-1) outscored the Patriots (6-2) 16-3 in the fourth quarter to earn the win in Gray.
Dakota Shipley scored eight of her 12 points in the fourth quarter for Brunswick. Maddy Werner added 12.
Izzy Morelli scored 11 points for Gray-New Gloucester.
BANGOR 44, OXFORD HILLS 38: The Rams (6-0) finished strong and continued their unbeaten start to the season by beating the Vikings (2-3) in Bangor.
Oxford Hills, paced by Ella Pelletier’s three 3-pointers, jumped out to a 19-7 lead after one quarter. After a low-scoring second period by both teams, the Vikings took a 24-9 advantage into halftime.
Bangor found a rhythm in third quarter. Six players scored and the Rams outscored the Vikings 20-2 to take a 29-26 lead, which they maintained, and then some, in the fourth.
Avery Clark led the way for Bangor with 14 points, while Delaney Horr contributed 12, Mimi Quinn had eight and Emily Adams scored six.
Pelletier led all scorers with 19 points. Gabbie Tibbetts added 12 for Oxford Hills.
BOYS BASKETBALL
DIRIGO 54, WINTHROP 48: Nathaniel Wainwright and Brady Philbrick both tallied 13 points for the Cougars (4-1), leading them to victory over the Ramblers (3-2) in Dixfield.
Travis Wright added another 11 points for Dirigo.
Brayden Branagan was the top scorer for Winthrop with 15 points.
OXFORD HILLS 53, BANGOR 38: Holden Shaw tallied 18 points for the Vikings (3-2) in their win over the Rams (0-6) in Paris.
Carter Holbrook was the second highest scorer, chipping in 14 points for Oxford Hills.
Ethan Beyeler finished with 14 points for Bangor, and Josh Grunkemeyer added another 13.
RICHMOND 82, RANGELEY 21: Wyatt Cassidy scored 18 points and Hunter Mason added 16 points as the Bobcats cruised to a victory over the Lakers in Richmond.
Jake Gay added nine points for Richmond (7-0).
Brayden Thompson led Rangeley (0-5) with nine points, while Sam Morrill added seven points.
MORSE 73, LEAVITT 61: Trace MacFarland scored 25 points as the Shipbuilders (2-5) beat the Hornets (2-5) in Bath.
Calin Gould added 20 points and eight rebounds, while Jack Delano had 11 points for Morse.
PORTLAND 60, LEWISTON 42: Jeissey Khamis recorded 18 points and 16 rebounds for the Bulldogs (6-1) as they closed with a 14-3 fourth-quarter run and downed the Blue Devils (1-7) in Lewiston.
James Johnson, Kevin Rugabirwa and Drew Veilleux each added 11 points for Portland.
Abdirahaman Dakane had five 3-pointers and finished with 17 points for Lewiston, and Caden Boone chipped in 12.
