I just finished watching the debate between Congressman Jared Golden and race car driver Rep. Austin Theriault.
This was the first I have seen of Theriault, and I have to say I am disappointed. He seems like a nice guy, but one who is not ready for the big leagues.
I looked into his resume a little bit, and it seems like other than one lackluster term in the State House, he has no qualifying factors to be elected as our congressman.
On the other hand, Congressman Golden has proven he can represent northern Maine well. He knows our values and lives them himself. He’s smart, independent and a hard worker.
He is getting my vote in November.
