• Vehicles driven by Penelope W. Hamel, 46, of Turner and Stephanie M. Hinkley, 18, of Hartford, collided at 10:12 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of the Veterans Memorial Bridge and Center Street. Damage to Hamel’s 1995 Chevrolet was estimated at $3,000 and $500 to Hinkley’s 1996 Jeep.
