A memorial for the 18 people killed in the mass shooting one year ago is laid out Friday in the parking lot of the former Schemengees Bar & Grille in Lewiston. Kevin Boilard, owner of Kaydenz Kitchen Food Pantry, is in charge of the warming shelter being set up in the building. Boilard created the memorial.
